The workouts for the first week of the ski season have been sent out to all who have filled out this years “Skier Profile”. Fill out the “Skier Profile” now to get next week’s workouts and other team information. It can be found on the website www.dulutheastnordic.org.

Hello Everyone!

It has been a crazy year so far and the ski season will not be any different. Even though we can’t start in person team practice we can get everyone signed up and ready to go.

Sign up by reading the “Team Information” and filling out the “Skier Profile” (the links are on the website home page). Also be sure you and your parents have joined the team by clicking on “Join Team” in right side of the grey bar on the home page.

After November 30th we will be sending out more information about the team and workout you can due on your own.

By the way, skiing is great at Snowflake.
